Tactical Descent LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.  Your order is not accepted until Tactical Descent LLC confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.  Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Tactical Descent LLC may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.  In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.  Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or code of a destructive nature through our website.

Prices and Billing:

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).  Payment is required at checkout, and we accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered through Shopify Payments.

Fraudulent transactions will result in order cancellation and potential legal action.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays.  All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.  Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. 

Each item is produced and shipped according to our Shipping Policy and may arrive separately if multiple fulfillment methods are used for various products. Product images and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to production or display differences. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, regions, or jurisdiction and may discontinue any product at any time due to national and/or global shipping rules and regulations.

Also, we are not responsible for delays involving factors outside of our control, such as, carrier delays, weather, or supply chain issues.

Returns and Refunds:

Our Returns and Refunds Policy governs all requests for replacements, returns, and refunds.  Because many products are made to order, returns for reasons such as size, color, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.  We will, however, replace or refund defective or incorrect items in accordance with that policy.
